【EMI 傑出TA遴選公告】110-1學期傑出及優良TA遴選公告(EMI課程)
一、EMI課程傑出及優良教學助理遴選說明：
(一) 遴選資格說明如下：
遴選資格：參與EMI課程傑出及優良教學助理遴選者，需於該學期(110-1學期)取得EMI教學助理認證(即為EMI教學助理研習會)，且另參加發中心舉辦之EMI講座至少2場 (簡單說明：取得EMI教學助理遴選資格，即須參加EMI教學助理研習會1場，額外再參加該學期教發中心辦理的2場EMI講座)
備註：
1.遴選者請檢視是否符合遴選資格
2.若你同時為一般課程TA及EMI課程TA，僅能擇一參與遴選。
(二) 遴選範圍：由各單位聘任之110-1教學助理。
(三) 繳交時間：111年3月23日(三)至4月27日(三)下午5點整截止收件，逾期不予收件。
(四) 繳交資料：
1、申請表紙本(如附件一)，由參與遴選者填寫、推薦函紙本(如附件二)，由授課教師填寫。而相關佐證紙本資料；若無則免繳交。
2、將所有紙本資料繳交至教務處教學發展中心張助理，辦公室地點IB-12樓R01教務處計畫辦公室(12樓學習討論室隔壁)。
(五) 獲獎公告：遴選審查作業完成後，將於教務處教發中心網站公告，並另行通知獲獎者。
(六) 獎勵方式：獲選傑出及優良教學助理者，獲頒獎狀乙紙及獎勵金，由本中心擇期公開表揚。
(七)依據第八條規定，獲得獎勵之教學助理有義務分享心得與帶領相關活動。
二、注意事項：
(一) 關於遴選傑出及優良教學助理之詳細內容，請參考教學助理培育與獎勵辦法(如附件三)。

【110-1 Announcement of Outstanding and Excellent Teaching Assistants Awards (EMI courses)】
I. The Selection of Outstanding and Excellent Teaching Assistants Awards
(a) Qualification Teaching assistants who wish to apply for Outstanding Teaching Assistants Award must obtain EMI teaching assistant certification (ie, EMI Teaching Assistant Seminar) in this semester (110-2), and participate in at least 2 EMI lectures held by Center for Teaching and Learning Development (CTLD). Simply put, those who participate in the selection of outstanding and excellent teaching assistants awards are required to attend one EMI Teaching Assistant Seminar and two EMI lectures held by CTLD in that semester.
Note: All applicants must meet these eligibility criteria, please check if you are eligible to apply.
(b) Scope of selection: 110-1 teaching assistants appointed by each unit.
(c) Submission time: From 111.03.23 (Wed.) to 111.04.27 (Wed.) 5:00 p.m. Any late submissions will NOT be accepted.
(d) Required documents:
1. The hard copy of the application form (as in Attachment 1) shall be filled out by the applicant, and the hard copy of the letter of recommendation (as in Attachment 2) shall be filled out by the teacher. The supporting documents are not required if there is none.
2. Submit the hard copy of all required documents to Ms. Chang at CTLD. The office is located at R01 Project Office of Academic Affairs, IB-12th floor (next to Student Learning Center).
(e) Award Announcement: After the screening and selection process is completed, results will be announced on CTLD official website, and winners will be notified afterwards.
(f) Award Methods:
Those who are selected as the Outstanding and Excellent Teaching Assistants will receive certificates and incentive. In addition, winners will be publicly awarded by the Center for Teaching and Learning Development (CTLD).
(g) According to Article 8, the awarded teaching assistants are obliged to share their experience and lead the related activities.

(a) For details of the selection of Outstanding and Excellent Teaching Assistants, please refer to the Teaching Assistant Training and Incentive Regulations (as in Attachment 3).
