【Questionnaire】Questionnaire on the Willingness to Participate in the Evaluation of Outstanding and Excellent Teaching Assistants for 'EMI Courses' in the 112-1 Semester. (For EMI TA in the 112-1 Semester)

 

The Selection of Outstanding and Excellent Teaching Assistants Awards for 112-1 EMI courses will be conducted in the 112-2 semester. During this process, the selection committee will consider the questionnaire feedback from students in the EMI class you assisted during the 112-1 semester. While the feedback will be considered to be one of the evaluation criteria, it is not a mandatory assessment.

1. Application Intent Survey:

If you wish to participate in the Selection of Outstanding and Excellent Teaching Assistants Awards (112-1 EMI courses) and are willing to complete the questionnaire, please fill out the online form from 9:00 AM on December 1th (Friday) until 5:00 PM on December 8th (Friday)https://pse.is/5eugpu.

2. The selection application instructions for Outstanding and Excellent Teaching Assistants for the 112-1 'EMI Courses' are as follows:

(1) Submission Time: Expected to be processed in the 112-2 semester.

(2) Required Documents for Submission: a. Application form b. Relevant supporting documents.

(3) At that time, teaching assistants are requested to complete the application form with relevant information and submit the application before the deadline.

(4) Submit all documents in hard copy to Ms. Chen at CTLD. The office is located at IB-205.

3. Note:

(1) Regarding eligibility criteria, schedule, application process, available positions, and rewards for the Selection of Outstanding and Excellent Teaching Assistants, please refer to: National Taiwan University of Science and Technology Regulations for the Training and Commendation of Teaching Assistants.

(2) According to the regulations, candidates must obtain EMI teaching assistant certification during the specified semester (the 112-1 semester) by attending either 1 EMI Teaching Assistant Orientation or 2 EMI-related workshops, and additional participation in a minimum of 2 EMI-related workshops organized by Center for Teaching and Learning Development (CTLD) is also required.

(3) Upon completing the application intent survey, I will contact you to explain relevant details.
