本次論壇以「高等教育中的數位素養」為主題，包含主題演講與綜合座談。主題演講嘉賓是美國密涅瓦大學 (Minerva University) 的教務長 Dr. Vicki Chandler，將分享推動數位素養之經驗及成果。
綜合座談邀請到國立中央大學王文俊教務長、國立政治大學林日璇教授，以及本校姜至剛副教務長擔任與談人，分享在高等教育中提升數位素養的創新做法，並從教務政策與教學方法兩個角度切入探討。

The forum will be centered on ‘Digital Literacy in Higher Education’. Dr. Vicki Chandler, Provost and Chief Academic Officer for Minerva University, will give a keynote speech and share the successful experiences in promoting digital literacy at Minerva University.

Following the keynote speech will be a panel discussion joined by Professor Wen-June Wang, Vice President for Academic Affairs, National Central University, Professor Tammy Jih-Hsuan Lin, National Chengchi University, and Professor Chih-Kang Chiang, Deputy Vice President for Academic Affairs, National Taiwan University. The panelists will share how they promote digital literacy at their home university from the perspectives of Academic Policy and Pedagogy.
