110-2傑出及優良教學助理遴選，將於111-1學期辦理遴選，屆時遴選審查委員會，將參考您於110-2擔任TA時，所指導該班級的學生問卷意見評量，能否成為獲獎教學助理之考量因素之一，但非必要性之評量。

一、申請意願調查：

若欲參與遴選110-2傑出及優良教學助理，請於4/21(四)至5/4 (三)期間，完成填寫線上表單：https://forms.gle/dLjjDCtztKsaToe76

二、說明參與110-2遴選傑出及優良教學助理之申請，如下：

(一)繳交申請資料表時間：預計111-1學期辦理。

(二)繳交資料有：(1)申請表(2)相關佐證資料。

(三)屆時請教學助理填寫申請表完成資料後，提出申請於截止日前繳交。

(四)繳交方式：於當學期公告繳交申請資料時，將繳交紙本申請表與佐證資料(若有資料需附上)，繳交至教發中心張助理(地點IB-12樓R01教務處計畫辦公室)。

三、注意事項：

(一)關於遴選傑出及優良教學助理之申請資格、舉辦時程、申請方式、獲獎名額、獎勵方式，請參考教學助理培育與獎勵辦法(如附件)。

(二)本辦法第五條規定，參與傑出及優良教學助理遴選者，需取得EMI教學助理認證，且額外再參加該學期教發中心辦理的2場EMI講座。

(三)填答完意願調查，將會寄信給您，說明相關細節。

110-2 Willingness to Participate in the Selection of Outstanding Teaching Assistants in EMI Programs (for students who are 110-2 Teaching Assistants)

The selection of outstanding and outstanding teaching assistants 110-2 will be processed in semester 111-1. At that time, the Selection Review Committee will refer to whether the student questionnaire opinions you directed in the class when you were 110-2 as a TA can be one of the factors to consider, but not necessary, for the award-winning teaching assistant.

1. Survey of application:

2. Instructions of the application for participation of 110-2 Outstanding Teaching Assistants, as follows:

1. Submission of application form time: 111-1 semester
2. Submission of files: application form, supporting information files
3. At that time, please the Teaching Assistants fill in the application form, submit it before the deadline
4. Submission method: paper application form and supporting files, submit it to Assistant Zhang ( office: IB-12 R01, Project Office of Academic Affairs)

1. For the application qualifications, schedule, application method, award quota and award method for the selection of Outstanding Teaching Assistants, please refer to the Teaching Assistant Cultivation and Reward Methods(the attached file)

2. Article 5 of this Regulations that those who participate in the selection of Outstanding Teaching Assistants shall obtain EMI Teaching Assistant certification and participate in two additional EMI lectures conducted by the Teaching and Development Center during the semester.
