研究生看過來！第六屆三分鐘英語學術簡報競賽 2021 Three-Minute Thesis Competition (3MT)，將提供您機會分享研究成果，展現簡報實力，挑戰3MT亞太盃！
上屆3MT，國立臺灣大學、國立臺灣師範大學與國立臺灣科技大學三校戰況激烈，參賽者表現優異。今年賽事將擴大舉辦，邀請全臺各大專院校研究生參與，以深入淺出的方式分享個人研究成果，期盼在相互交流、切磋的過程中迸出新的創意火花。
「三分鐘英語學術簡報競賽」源起於澳洲昆士蘭大學，是一項國際性的研究簡報競賽，已在全球超過65個國家、600多所高等學府（如劍橋大學、紐約大學、香港大學等）舉辦。本校寫作教學中心於2015年首獲3MT授權辦理競賽，第三屆起因臺灣大學系統學校的加入，更促進三校研究生學術交流的機會，激發參賽者走上舞台的熱情，展現優異的組織與口說能力。競賽優勝者除可獲得獎金，還有機會站上國際舞台為校爭光。
為有效提升參賽者之學術表達能力，寫作教學中心每年皆於競賽報名前開辦「賽前講堂」，這是一個讓同學們手中的寶刀打磨、拋光的絕佳機會，歡迎踴躍報名。

Showcase Your Research in 3 Minutes!
National Taiwan University and the NTU Academic Writing Education Center will host the 2021 Three-Minute Thesis (3MT) Final on December 8th. In addition to our existing partnership with the NTU Triangle Alliance— National Taiwan University, National Taiwan Normal University, and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, we are expanding the scope of this year’s competition, welcoming students from all universities in Taiwan. All graduate students currently enrolled at a university in Taiwan who are conducting original research or who have publications that can contribute to their future theses / dissertations are invited to compete.
The winners of the 3MT competition will also have the opportunity to attend international 3MT events, and win fame and glory for their school. With the upcoming 3MT Competition, the 2021 3MT@NTU invites you to enthusiastically showcase your research in plain English in only three minutes. The deadline to submit a 3MT video is at noon on November 23rd. Start preparing now!
To better prepare prospective participants for the competition, a presentation training seminar will be available prior to registration. This is a great opportunity for graduate students to hone their presentation skills and learn how to design a great 3MT presentation. Feel free to sign up!
